Keeping the children guests entertained by another adult in a room separate from the wedding ceremony and reception is important for the newly married couple to be able to enjoy a quiet celebration in honor of their special day. The adult caretaker of the children would at least be able to keep the children from wandering back and forth into the reception hall or wedding ceremony space, whether it is a garden wedding or a church.
